Farm of "Moulin des Chartreux"
We produce: charcuterie, cheese, poultry, eggs and honey. Our products are made following Pilat's farming traditions
We grow our cereals without pesticides, GMOs or chemical fertilisers and we produce our animal feed on the farm. All our products are processed on the farm by us and sold directly: at our markets, in our producers' shop (La Ferme du Pilat in Pélussin) and directly at our home in Sainte Croix en Jarez.
Our charcuterie and cheeses contain no colouring agents or stabilisers.

La Ferme du Moulin des Chartreux also offers buffets, meals and cocktail receptions: from simple charcuterie and cheese platters to more elaborate meals or toasts and verrines, everything is made with products from the farm and local farmers. For all occasions, we adapt to each request to offer you a personalised range of tasty products, all made in short circuits!
